Travellers using Goa Manohar International Airport can now safely and securely store their luggage and belongings in SafeCloak Smart Digital Lockers that are provisioned at the Forecourt area near Departure entrance.
SafeCloak smart lockers can be self-operated, meaning the travellers can operate the locker boxes themselves using the kiosk screen on the locker.
Users can simply walk up to locker unit and follow the below steps to store their luggage.

Depending on the sizes of your luggage and bags, you can choose appropriate box. Box sizes and the storage capacity of each box is as illustrated below.
Pricing for usage of the locker boxes depends on the size of the box and the duration for which the storage is needed. Accordingly the following prices apply. Price chart is made available at the locker unit and also on the kiosk screen.

Using SafeCloak luggage lockers is very intuitive. Just walk up to the locker unit and tap on the “Store” or “Pick-up” option on the kiosk screen, depending on if you want to store or pick up your items respectively. In case of issues like the door of the locker box not opening even after successful payment, all you have to do is dial our 24/7 Customer care number at 9355322282 for a quick resolution. If you are traveling and have a connecting flight, please make sure to collect your bags/luggage from the SafeCloak lockers at least 45 minutes before your make your way to the departure terminal entrance.
You can make your payment online by just following the on screen instructions on the kiosk screen. Ideally you can make a payments via Credit and Debit cards, Net banking and UPI payments. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Not to worry, Just call our customer care helpline at 9355322282 to in from about your issue and you can get a refund of your payment. You can also choose to book a new box of bigger size (subject to availability) and continue to use that box and get refund for the box that you didn’t use.
Ideally a refund transaction will be processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time the issue resolution confirmation email from SafeCloak Customer Support team.

Ideally you are allowed to store your luggage for a max of 24 hours. However, if you wish to store for more than 24 hours, please inform the SafeCloak Customer Support team of your intention to store for longer duration so that your order is left active till you pick. In any case maximum storage duration allowed is 72 hours, following which the items will be retrieved from the locker boxes and moved to external storage location as explained in the SafeCloak Terms & Conditions
